Email app.gridlet@gmail.com. Gridlet is made by one person, so replies take a day or two. Including your iPhone model and iOS version makes most problems much faster to work out.
Gridlet downloads each puzzle the first time you open it, so it needs a connection to fetch a new one. If nothing appears, check your connection, then close and reopen the app.
Puzzles are dated to your device's calendar day. If the date or time zone on your iPhone is wrong, you may see the wrong day's puzzle or none at all.
Puzzles you've already opened stay playable without a connection.
Progress, stats, and streaks sync through your own iCloud account, so a puzzle you start on one iPhone picks up where you left off on another.
If it isn't syncing:
Gridlet keeps your history in your iCloud account, so signing in with a different Apple Account shows a different history. Nothing is deleted — signing back in with the original account brings your stats back.
The Check button verifies the word you're on or the whole grid. The Reveal button fills in a square, a word, or the entire puzzle.
If you don't see those buttons while playing, they've been turned off. Open Settings from the home screen and look under Gameplay for Check Button and Reveal Button.
Tap the gear icon on the home screen:
Settings has a Reset App & Statistics option. It clears everything — progress, stats, streaks, and badges — and it can't be undone. If iCloud syncing is on, this clears the copy in your iCloud account too, and that applies to your other devices.
Gridlet has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your puzzle data stays on your device and in your own iCloud account. The full privacy policy has the details.
Bugs, wrong clues, and puzzles that don't behave are all worth reporting — email app.gridlet@gmail.com and mention the puzzle's date and whether it was a Mini or a Midi.
